Enhancing GoldSim models  with Python using GSPy (November 2025)

The GSPy (GoldSim-Python Bridge) is a tool that allows you to integrate the capabilities of the Python ecosystem directly into your dynamic GoldSim simulations. By acting as a C++ shim DLL for GoldSim's External element, GSPy enables you to leverage Python for numerical solvers, data processing, and calculations using libraries like NumPy and SciPy.

We cover the setup steps, including configuring the Windows System PATH and the required JSON configuration file, for integration with Python 3.11/3.14 (64-bit). The session will show how to pass data types like Scalars, Vectors, Matrices, Time Series, and Lookup Tables between the two environments.
