Convolution Element

Convolution elements are highly specialized elements in GoldSim that solve convolution integrals. Convolution integrals have many important applications in engineering, science and business. Note: The equations for transfer functions in this example contains "~Lag." This is a property available only in the transfer function input filed of convolution elements. It is referred as the lag, and it represents the time lag between the input and the output time.

Three examples are set up in this model as SubModels since they all have different time scales.

To Open the Model File:

1. Start GoldSim
2. Click on the File and select Open Example...
3. Browse to General Examples and select the file called Convolution.gsm
