Pool

The Pool element accumulates inflows (similar to a Reservoir) and allocates outflows based on individual requests and priorities. These can be used to accumulate and track quantities of material and water that is being supplied to multiple uses. Inflows are added to the Pool and the sum of all inflows is provided as an output along with the individual and sum of all requests and outflows. This model demonstrates the basic functionality of the Pool element. Browse the containers in this model to see different aspects of the Pool.

To Open the Model File:

1. Start GoldSim
2. Click on the File and select Open Example...
3. Browse to General Examples and select the file called Pool.gsm
