This is a conceptual model that transforms precipitation and potential ET using a simple process of intercepting rainfall, applying losses, storing, and then discharging runoff from the ground surface and subsurface using recession constants. This model is intended to demonstrate GoldSim capabilities and has not been validated or tested for real projects. If you want to simulate the rainfall runoff process and validate the model, please consider using the Australian Water Balance Model (AWBM) or similar from the GoldSim Library.
