New version of AWBM posted!

For those of you using the Australian Water Balance Model (AWBM), a new version has been posted. It now runs independently of any unscheduled events that might occur on the outside. Since the model was built with the assumption of a constant time step, this might be very useful if you have a model with unscheduled events occurring.
