Question on Stochastic element-mean

I've noticed that my stochastic elements are not using the specified mean for a deterministic run. I made a simple stochastic element specifying the mean and STD. The first snapshot is of the stochastic element, the second is the distribution result after running. Why isn't the result the mean that I specify in the stochastic "Mean:" field? Ultimately, many of my stochastic elements are vectors that are linked to a matrix element. I've also tried to specify the deterministic value by choosing "Use specified value" with Means_Th[aquiferlength,*] (where Means_Th is my matrix element and aquiferlength is the row of interest having different disposal units as the column), this also does not result in the exact mean intended. Any assistance would be most appreciated.

  I'm guessing you are not actually running a deterministic simulation; you are simply running a single realization.  Go to the Simulation Settings dialog, Monte Carlo tab, and select Deterministic Simulation
