A *new* demonstration model for the near-surface disposal of low-level radioactive wastes

I am happy to announce the development of a new demonstration model for the near-surface disposal of low-level radioactive wastes. This essentially replaces the former "Generic PA Model", and is lean enough (with <500 elements) that it can be used by those with an Academic License.
