River Routing: Muskingum-Cunge Model

The Muskingum model requires the use of parameters that are not physically based and are also difficult to estimate. This model uses the Muskingum-Cunge approach which overcomes these limitations by taking advantage of diffusion contributions of the momentum equation by allowing for true wave attenuation through a matching of numerical and physical diffusion.
