    Garth,

GoldSim offers two ways to expose an output from a localized container:

    • From any input expression, choose Insert Link... in the context menu, browse inside the localized container, select an output and click the OK button. If the selected output is not exposed, GoldSim offers to do that.
This exposes this output, and this output only, even if the localized Container has clones.

    • Alternatively, browse to the element from which you would like to expose an output. Left-click the output port of the element to open the element's output interface. Right-click the output you wish to expose. In the context menu, select Expose Output and then click the Container from which you want to expose the element's output.

The above screenshot illustrates this step. This approach exposes the output from the chosen Container and from all clones of that Container.

I hope this is the solution to your issue. Please let me know if you have any more questions.

Hi Garth. Thanks for posting in the forum! When you say "function" do you mean exposing an output on a localized container? http://help.goldsim.com/#!Modules/5/exposinganoutputonalocalizedcontainer.htm

    Garth,

In the case that you meant you want to expose an output on 1 clone that replicates to the other clones, I wanted you to know that we currently have it on our future development to-do list. We will let you know if this gets implemented.
