Activate License error

We are having problems to activate our Goldsim 12 license.

We are changing the license server because Goldsim version 12 requires a higher version of windows server. This server has not had the previous version of Goldsim installed. It is a new server

When we try to activate the license, it gives us an activation error.

Please, we need your support to activate our license.

  Thank you for posting in the community forum! We also received your support ticket and hope that our reply to you there helps you resolve your issue. Essentially, you need to use the updated Activation ID.
