Accessing RL failure IDs

I have some failures defined and labeled (i.e. ID = 1 to Id=5), I have also one N gate failure and one Condition defined, both are associated with partial failures that I need to access referencing failure[#] inside the RL element, BUT I don't know which ID this last two failures will be mapped into.
