Building a reservoir system

I was working on a reservoir system, which is a dam located in my city, and because I am simulating the existing system, it also requires me to divide the water coming out (releases) from the dam gate into 3, which are each (powerhouse),(bottom outlet) ,(spillway), but the division is not equal, so here it requires me to enter an if condition, for example, if The releases coming out of the dam are equivalent to the capacity of the power house, so the total releases will be the releases of the power house and it should be calculated, and the releases of the bottom outlet and the spillway will be zero, and so on. Any handy answers?

  Hi Surra,

  It sounds like you want to divide the Total Releases flow rate between three different outflow points, going first all to one, then the next, then the third. One way to do this is with an Allocator element with Total Releases in the 'Amount' field. Then put each of the outflow point capacities as a 'Demand' in the 'Output' list. The amount sent to each outflow point can be referenced as a result of the Allocator element.

  The Priorities can be hard-coded in this element, or you can reference another GoldSim element like an input data vector.

  Thank you so much for responding, your answer helped me a lot, but there is a point it might be misunderstood, I want to divide them but with conditions for example if the total releases is smaller or equivalent to the capacity of powerhouse then all the releases will be as outflow of powerhouse releases and both of the releases from bottom outlet and spillway will be zero
  Can you help me with this?
